  2. (Keystroke shortcut:  Command + W)

  4. The Close command closes the front image.  This option is active only when an image is open.
  5.  
  6. Choose File:Close, or click the Close box in the upper left hand corner of the front image.
  7.  
  8. If any modifications have been made without saving, a dialog appears:
  9. Click Save As... to save the changes.  
  10. Click Discard, or  press Command + D, to lose any changes made and close the file without saving.  
  11. Click Cancel, or  press Command + .(period) to leave the file open in its current state.
